Acceptable Use Policy

1. Prohibited Content

You may not use ArvoHost services to host, store, or transmit any of the following:

  • Illegal or copyrighted content without authorization.
  • Malware, viruses, or any software designed to disrupt networks.
  • Content that promotes hate speech, violence, or illegal activities.

2. Resource Usage

While we provide dedicated hardware resources, we monitor for abuse that may impact the stability of our underlying infrastructure.

Fair Usage

Intentionally causing excessive I/O load, mounting DDoS attacks from our network, or attempting to bypass hardware-level resource limits is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination.

3. Security Responsibilities

You are responsible for securing your own server instance. This includes using strong passwords and keeping mods/plugins updated. ArvoHost is not responsible for data loss resulting from user-managed security vulnerabilities.

4. Network Integrity

Any attempt to interfere with our network, hardware nodes, or other users' services is a violation of this policy. This includes port scanning, IP spoofing, and unauthorized access attempts.
