By accessing or using ArvoHost services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of the terms and conditions, you may not access the service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.
ArvoHost provides high-performance game server hosting. We commit to providing the dedicated resources (CPU, RAM, and Storage) as specified in your chosen plan. Unlike many competitors, we do not over-allocate our physical nodes to ensure consistent performance for all users.
Hardware specifications provided are representative of the performance level you will receive. While specific hardware models may vary, we guarantee equivalent or superior performance as measured by industry-standard CPU benchmarks and scoring sites.
All services are billed on a recurring basis (monthly, quarterly, or annually). You may cancel your service at any time through the billing portal.
Refund Policy
Due to the nature of dedicated resource allocation, we offer a 48-hour satisfaction guarantee. If you are unhappy with the performance within the first 48 hours of your first order, you are eligible for a full refund. After 48 hours, all payments are non-refundable.
ArvoHost guarantees a 99.9% network and power uptime. In the event of downtime exceeding this threshold, users may be eligible for service credits upon request, at the discretion of ArvoHost management.
Users are responsible for the content and management of their servers. Any use of the service that violates our Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) may result in immediate suspension or termination without refund.
